SHIPPING POLICY

Local Shipping

Local shipping is $3.20 for letterbox delivery (Smartpac, tracked), $6.20 for doorstep delivery (Speedpost, tracked). Delivery is free for orders above $100.

If you choose letterbox delivery, please ensure that your mailbox is able to receive the parcel. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. For faster delivery, please select Smartpac letterbox delivery. For items that are too large for letterbox delivery, please select doorstep delivery as indicated in the product description.

 

Worldwide Shipping

We deliver to most countries internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If you have any doubts, please reach out to us at info@partridgeinaparish.com.

 

General Shipping Guidelines

We do not ship to restricted zones or PO Boxes.

Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided.

 

Although the delivery service is traceable, we are unable to guarantee the arrival times. Please expect possible delays due to evolving pandemic situations, bad weather, postal or customs delays which are beyond our control.

 

Please ensure that you are present at the delivery address to sign for your package. If subsequent delivery attempts are required, additional charges may be incurred as imposed by the delivery company.

Duties and Taxes

The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges and duties incurred on their purchases or shipment of the item that are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. We recommend getting an estimate with the customs office before placing your order.

 

If the buyer, or the recipient of the gift refuse the shipment to avoid duties and taxes, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel your order, issue a refund in cash or store credits, or pay for the tax for the package to be received. The buyer will also be responsible for all re-delivery of orders due to this refusal.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

We take great care in inspecting every product and packaging it for the journey before it is shipped to you.

If you receive a defective item (broken or damaged), please reach out to us at info@partridgeinaparish within 3 days of receiving your delivery, and we will assist you. Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the item.
